Padel rackets are complimentary with the court hire price. Balls are sold seperately. Comfortable sports attire and shoes are recommended.

There are two easy ways to get involved—even if you’re flying solo:
- Social Nights – These coach-led sessions are all about mixing it up. Players rotate throughout the night, so you’ll play with and against lots of different people—sometimes up to 12–15 others. It’s a great way to meet new faces, improve your game, and find future playing partners. A coach is there to organise matches and group players by level. You can also book in with friends—just make sure everyone reserves their own spot through Matchi under “Activities.”
- Open Matches – These are self-guided games where you book into an available match and get paired with three other players of a similar level. There’s no coach involved, so it’s ideal if you’re comfortable with the basics and just want to jump in and play. It’s a great way to fit in an extra hit, meet new people, and get more court time. You’ll also find these listed on Matchi, with levels noted so you can choose what suits you.
Yes! We have ample FREE parking on-site for our players. Just turn right when you enter the Key Commnuity Group complex and get driving until you see the large car park.
- All cancellations must be must be made within 12 hours of your booking via the app.
- Cancelations made over 12 hrs BEFORE your court hire wiill receive 100% refund, given as a credit voucher to use at the club
- Cancelations made LESS THAN 12 hrs before court hire will not be refunded.
If you need to cancel within 12 hours please contact the club via mobile or email and we will do our best to reschedule you.
If you would like to cancel within 120 minutes of your booking you may forfeit your cost. Please use the WhatsApp groups to find alternate players to fill in your spot so you don’t loose out.
If it is raining within 30 minutes BEFORE your reservation, we will reschedule or fully refund your booking. Please note, this only applies if it is raining at The Town Padel– not where you are!
If the rain starts MID-GAME, we will provide you a club credit to the full value of your booking (e.g. 60mins or 1.5hrs) if you had LESS than 30 minutes of play time. If you had 30 minutes or more, we will give you a club credit to the value of your remaining time (eg. 30mins or 60mins).
