FAQS

How do I book?
  1. Book via our app
  1. Book via our website under ‘Book Now’ page. This will direct you to create an account on our booking system. Once your account is created, you can book a court, create an open match, or join a social.

When booking, you’ve got two options:

Option 1: Book a full court
Padel is normally played in doubles—4 players per game. Booking a full court means you're reserving the whole court just for your group.

You can book it for 4 players, or even just 2 if you prefer—just keep in mind the cost is the same either way, so with fewer people, you're covering more of the fee.

Option 2: Join or create an open match
An open match is ideal if you’re solo or have a group of 1–3. You book a time slot and leave the rest of the spots open for others to join. You can control who joins and choose the skill level of the other players. This is also a great option for splitting the court cost between everyone.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Padel racket hire will be included in the court hire price (this is an intro offer to celebrate finally opening our doors). Balls are sold separately and available onsite at our Proshop. Comfortable sports attire, sunglasses and tennis shoes are recommended.

What if I don’t have 3 other people to play with, but I really want to play?

We love welcoming people into the padel community!
There are two easy ways to get involved—even if you’re flying solo:

  1. Social Nights – These coach-led sessions are all about mixing it up. Players rotate throughout the night, so you’ll play with and against lots of different people—sometimes up to 12–15 others. It’s a great way to meet new faces, improve your game, and find future playing partners. A coach is there to organise matches and group players by level. You can also book in with friends—just make sure everyone reserves their own spot through our app under “Events.”

  2. Open Matches – These are self-guided games where you book into an available match and get paired with three other players of a similar level. There’s no coach involved, so it’s ideal if you’re comfortable with the basics and just want to jump in and play. It’s a great way to fit in an extra hit, meet new people, and get more court time. You’ll also find these listed on our app under ‘open matches’, with levels noted so you can choose what suits you.
  3. Join our WhatsApp Community - This is a great place to post that you are looking to find players to join your game. Here: https://chat.whatsapp.com/Kk8ej9gPocvDHitKtzVlCm?mode=ac_t
I want to play with friends, how do we split the payment?

There are two ways to book a court with other players.

  1. Court hire/ standard booking – you pay in full for the court hire.

  2. Open match – by creating an Open Match on app, you can select friends to add to the booking, or leave it open for players to join - and then each player only pays their per-person portion of the court hire.
What is your wet weather policy?

We get it—Coffs weather is unpredictable. One minute it's pouring, the next it's blue skies. That’s why we’ve got a solid system in place to deal with rainy days:

  • Please don’t cancel your booking—doing so will incur a cancellation fee.
  • If it becomes unplayable due to rain, we’ll credit the full amount back to your account as credit the following day.
  • You can use this credit to book another court, join a social session, or take a private lesson.

Here’s what you need to know:

Don’t assume it’s cancelled just because it’s raining where you are.
It might be totally clear at the club! We’ll always assess the courts and contact you if your booking needs to be rescheduled.

We also have a powerful water removal machine, so even after a downpour, we can often be playing again within 30 minutes.

We’ll always reach out if a session needs to be rescheduled. If you don’t hear from us—assume the game is still on!
